Article 1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the photo-based shopping and hotel delivery service ("Service") provided by Glocallink ("Company") through the Trippick platform.
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
Article 2. Service Description
The Service allows users to:
- Upload photos of products found in Korea for identification via AI analysis
- Receive product sourcing and price quotes from the Company
- Purchase identified products through integrated payment processing
- Receive delivery of purchased products to designated hotel/accommodation addresses in Korea
Article 3. User Registration
Users may browse products without an account. To place an order, users must verify their identity via email OTP authentication.
Users are responsible for providing accurate email addresses and accommodation information. The Company is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect user-provided information.
Article 4. Orders and Payments
Order and payment terms:
- Product prices are determined after the Company's sourcing team identifies and matches the photographed product. Prices may vary from initial AI estimates.
- Payments are processed securely through Payverse, a PCI-compliant payment gateway. The Company does not store credit card information.
- A service fee (as displayed at checkout) and delivery fee may apply. All fees are clearly disclosed before payment.
Article 5. Delivery
The Company will deliver purchased products to the accommodation address provided by the user. Delivery is available within Korea only.
Delivery times vary depending on product availability and sourcing complexity. The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the user's stay period but does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
Article 6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policy:
- Orders may be cancelled before payment is completed at no charge.
- After payment, cancellation and refund requests are subject to product sourcing status. If the product has already been purchased, a restocking fee may apply.
- Refunds for defective or incorrectly sourced products will be processed in full.
Article 7. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or fitness of products beyond reasonable verification during the sourcing process.
AI-based product identification is provided as a convenience feature and may not always produce accurate results. The Company does not guarantee exact product matches from uploaded photos.
Article 8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Suwon District Court, Gyeonggi-do.
Article 9. Amendments
The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on the Service and take effect 7 days after posting.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
